Working at Carolina Prime has been a great experience! I began here as a student physical therapist on my second long term clinical rotation and felt how welcoming and knowledgeable the therapists working here were. It led me to come back to work here when I graduated from PT school. I have learned so much and grown as a clinician in the past two years I have been here, and the support of my fellow co-workers has been great. It is awesome to be able to work in a place where we can collaborate on difficult cases to allow us to provide the best possible care for our patients. I have been introduced to great continued education courses hosted at our clinic that have allowed me to excel in my manual therapy skills and patient care. The environment here really does feel like a family, and I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to be around as we work together to bring healing to our community.

I have been a physical therapist at Carolina Prime Physical Therapy for the past three years, and it was my first job out of physical therapy school. Starting my career here has been an important part of my professional growth, allowing me to gain valuable clinical experience and develop friendships with great coworkers who make each day different and fun. Having the opportunity to collaborate with knowledgably colleagues while enjoying a positive day-to-day experience helps to make Carolina Prime one of my favorite places to work.

Working at CPPT has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It is an amazing environment for learning, professional growth, and collaboration. The outstanding teamwork among clinicians creates a supportive atmosphere where knowledge is shared, communication is valued, and everyone works together to provide the best possible patient care. Working alongside some of the best clinicians I’ve ever met has continually sharpened my skills and helped me become better equipped to serve my patients to the best of my ability. I feel truly blessed to be part of a team that encourages continuous learning, fosters meaningful friendships both inside and outside the clinic, and is dedicated to helping both clinicians and patients succeed.

I enjoy working at Carolina Prime Physical Therapy and feel fortunate to work with such wonderful patients and a talented team of therapists. I am able to apply my knowledge, training, and active listening skills to develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s specific needs and goals.

Working at Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is such an amazing experience. You get to see all of the positive results from our patients from start to finish. Our Patients become our big work family. All of our therapist are very awesome and go above and beyond to help our patients get the care that is needed. Carolina Prime cares for the patients as well as all the office staff and working here has been such a blessing to me.

Not every patient or condition presents the same and keeping an open mind, listening ear and new educational tools on the ready to help each patient achieve their goals is at the forefront of every session. Scott and Heather have created an environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and supported. They genuinely care about their employees, not just as workers, but as people with lives and families outside of work.

As a mom of four, having employers who understand that family comes first and that life doesn’t always go according to plan means more than I can put into words. Scott and Heather have always been understanding and flexible when family situations come up, and that kind of support is something I never take for granted.

Carolina Prime has also given me the opportunity to grow so much professionally. When I first started, I had no prior knowledge or experience in the medical field. Since then, I’ve learned so much, gained confidence in my abilities, and developed skills I never imagined I’d have. I’m incredibly grateful to Scott and Heather for giving me the opportunity to step into something completely new, learn along the way, and continue growing.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to see our patients’ progress. Watching someone come through our doors hurting, struggling to walk, or feeling discouraged, and then seeing them improve, regain their confidence, and get back to doing the things they love is such an amazing feeling. I love getting to know our patients, building relationships with them, and being a small part of their journey toward feeling better.

It’s rare to find a workplace where you genuinely enjoy the people you work with, feel supported by your bosses, have opportunities to grow, and can see the difference your team makes in people’s lives every day. I’m so thankful to be part of the Carolina Prime family and to work for two people who truly lead with kindness, compassion, and understanding!
