Women’s Health Physical or Occupational Therapist Job in North Wilkesboro, NC

Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is hiring for a women’s health physical or occupational therapist job in North Wilkesboro, NC, and we’re looking for a clinician who wants to help women improve their confidence, function, and quality of life through specialized, individualized care. This full-time role is a chance to help grow a women’s health and pelvic floor specialty area inside a locally owned private practice, supported by a collaborative team that wants you to succeed.

Help Build a Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Program

As our practice grows, so do the opportunities for the people on our team. This position lets you help grow a women’s health specialty area from the ground up, with significant opportunity for program leadership as the service line expands. You’ll work in a one-on-one patient care model, which gives you the time to understand each patient’s goals and build a treatment plan around them. Along the way, we provide mentorship and continuing education, and we support advanced pelvic health continuing education and certification.

We also want to hear your ideas. If you see ways to shape new wellness, postpartum, fitness, or women’s health services, you’ll have the chance to help develop new programs and service lines at Carolina Prime. Pelvic health training is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a strong interest in this specialty. If pelvic floor therapy is where you want to build your career and you’re ready to keep learning, we’d like to meet you.

A Close-Knit Private Practice Where Your Ideas Matter

Carolina Prime is a locally owned private practice, and our goal is to keep the feel of a close-knit practice while we continue to grow. We take patient care seriously, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. The values we hold as a team are teamwork, growth, positivity, excellence, and relationships. We look for people who support one another, communicate well, bring a positive attitude to work, and care about giving every patient who walks through our doors an exceptional experience.

We want Carolina Prime to be a place where clinicians can build a long-term career. Team members interested in leadership, program development, specialty care, mentorship, or management can take on greater responsibility and help shape where the practice goes next. Day to day, you’ll evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions, educate them on pelvic health, recovery, and wellness, and work with providers and staff so every patient has a great experience. We love helping women get their life back and live it to the fullest.
