Our Team

My name is Courtney Waddell and I am a Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator at Carolina Prime Physical Therapy. I look forward to coming to work each day and am proud to be part of a dedicated team that helps improve our patients’ everyday lives. Outside of the clinic, I continue my commitment to serving others as a North Carolina-certified firefighter with the Cricket Volunteer Fire Department. I value the opportunity to support my community and assist people in their time of need. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing by the pool and spending time outdoors, especially kayaking, biking, and walking. I also love watching my son ride motocross and participate in the West Wilkes Hunter Skills Team. My husband, Jimmy, and I have been married for 18 years, and we have a son, Easton, who will turn 16 this year. As an animal lover, I share my home with Rocky, a 6-year-old Boxer; Milly, a cat; Floppy, a rabbit; and Franklin, a turtle—a lively household that some might call a “funny farm.” I am outgoing and adventurous and always ready for a spontaneous trip kind of girl
