Our Team

Hi! My name is Natalie Eller, and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Carolina Prime Physical Therapy. As a lifelong local of Wilkes County, I am excited to bring my years of experience in fitness, wellness, and helping others into my career in physical therapy.

My professional journey began in 1997 after graduating from UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. I began working at Lowe’s Companies while also teaching classes at the Wilkes YMCA. After 22 years with Lowe’s, I decided to pursue a new career path that combined my passion for fitness, movement, and helping others. In 2017, I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), further strengthening my commitment to health and wellness. I graduated from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute in May 2025 with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

I enjoy working with patients to help them achieve their goals, improve their strength and mobility, and regain the ability to live life to the fullest. One of the things I love most about physical therapy is its focus on healing through movement and empowering patients to return to the activities that bring them the greatest joy.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching classes at the YMCA, working out, cheering on Appalachian State, and traveling with my husband, Glenn, often to our happy place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I also treasure spending time with my daughter, Ansley, who lives in Asheville with her fiancé Ricardo and their dog Miko, owners of Maxwell Pottery Studio.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help others move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love!
